A great way to grow with The Work and gain momentum is to take a course. I offer small group 5-session workshops that will keep you doing The Work on a weekly basis. It almost doesn’t matter what the subject is! You will deepen your practice and meet other people who do The Work. The sessions are recorded and posted in the platform so if you miss, you can catch up in your own time.
All materials remain in the platform for you to come back to them as often as needed.
